It never comes back at all

If you know me you will know (and if you are in it, I will tell you) that I quite manage my moods and vital mantras with song lyrics. It's something I'm not looking for, it just happens. I wake up one morning and a phrase from a song resonates more than another. It is repeated, like a mantra. Because it defines just that state of mind at that exact moment.

They are almost always songs that I listen to a lot, but not always: just before leaving I was talking about “Paraísos perdidos” of Iván Ferreiro and how he was accompanying me to revisit monsters from the past. Before that, I also commented that I am an orchestra woman and in my head only the canción de Bert.

And this is only since I write these letters, but it is neither new nor does it surprise me

Because it happened when I was going into a terrible burn-out mode at work and I wasn't aware and in my head it just sounded Onda Vaga. Am I a regular listener of Onda Vaga? No. In fact, I had to google what the group is called. And yes, the search has been “sometimes I feel like sending everything to hell + song”. Because I don't understand my musical-mental paths nor do I.

But it also happened when I was as lost as an octopus in a garage doing my Final Degree Project and the good days were days of Mr. Brightside and the bad ones sank me in the mud at the rate of Youth.

And right now my internal soundtrack is exactly the same as me: landing.

A few weeks ago I returned from travel. From "the trip". And since then I can't stop thinking about “Same place, different place” by Vetusta Morla. It's hard for me to go back, meet and continue as if nothing had happened after the trip.

I feel that many things have changed, that I have done infinite things. But I haven't told anything. Because I haven't assimilated anything.

I have made very strange decisions for the Irene of February, but vital for the one of May-June. To speak, to say, to do and to undo. to the rhythm of tristeliz.

And I haven't even had time to analyze it

I started this letter with the idea of telling how much Africa has impressed me again. How incredible it was to be in the middle of the forest 7m from Macumba, a silverback leader of a group of 10 individuals. orthe cry that made me cry when Macumba's one-month-old son looked me straight in the eye. It's been over a month, but I can't take it in. But so much has happened since the return, it seems like years ago.
África

It's hard for me to write these letters again, because I don't know if I'll be up to it again

So there is no better remedy for this than hitting the send button, telling you that I'm still here, preparing many things. But in order not to be one of those "little things are coming" that tell you that they are preparing things but don't tell you anything, I think I should tell you that you may have seen two crazy shirts in prime time on TV. The standard bearers of the "Basic Classics" collection. In the next letter, which I hope will not take so long to send you, I will tell you more... but if the curiosity bug bites you a little, I have told you a little here and here.

We read soon. Thanks for going to the other side.
